This is my favorite holiday (besides Christmas) and I love to dress up…still. My son loves to dress up too, but he always wants to make his costumes (well, he wants me to make them) Last year, he was a sticky-note guy, and I gave him the honor. He sat there for hours gluing post-it notes to his pants and a shirt. (wish I had a pic on this computer) This year, I wanted to be Wilma Flinstone but my family just wouldn’t cooperate! (Maybe Fred isn’t sexy enough??) So I tried to compromise and asked my husband to be Betty Rubble! Wouldn’t that be hilarious! Wilma & Betty! (If you’re reading this honey, you’re not being a team player!)
I remember going trick-or-treating even in high school. My friend and I would run from door to door to see how much candy we could get! …….I had a friend tell me one time “You’re only as old as you act”, so…I’m going with it!
Haunted Gingerbread House by BHG website
I found these Halloween invitations last year. (and I thought I was die-hard!) They were made by the blog writer of Brooklyn Limestone.
Pumpkin Decor by Better Homes & Gardens
Lovely black & white decor. Halloween can be classy too!
Happy Halloween & hope you get lots of candy!
What’s the best costume you’ve worn?
